The Person Holding The Receipts.
Undercorrect is written by Evan Taylor. This page is the only place on the site that's about him.
The short version: I run Market Correct, a performance marketing agency. Undercorrect is the personal side. It exists because most review content is secretly an ad, and I got tired of reading it.
Everything reviewed here comes out of my own pocket. There are no affiliate links dressed up as recommendations, no sponsored posts, and no press samples. When a verdict says “kept it,” that means the subscription is still billing my card or the bottle is actually empty.
Topics follow whatever's on the bench: AI tools and agents, the marketing tech I use at the agency, tequila and bourbon, and the occasional car or couch. The through-line isn't a category. It's that every post ends with a verdict someone can act on.
Full price, receipt kept.
Nothing free, nothing loaned, nothing comped. If it wasn't paid for, it doesn't get reviewed.
A month minimum.
No launch-day takes. A verdict lands only after the thing has survived real daily use.
Verdicts stay honest.
When something breaks, gets worse, or gets beaten, the post gets updated and says so.

Good. Send the counterargument. The best corrections get added to the post, with credit.
