Undercorrect is a personal review and opinion site published by Evan Taylor and operated by Market Correct. We operate the Site at undercorrect.com. For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Market Correct is the data controller of personal information collected through this Site.

- Google Tag Manager (GTM) manages the deployment of tracking scripts on the Site, including GA4. GTM itself doesn't collect personal data but facilitates the tools that do.
- Google AdSense may serve ads on the Site and use cookies to show ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can control personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings.
- Affiliate program platforms are used to track referrals when you click an affiliate link on the Site. Some links in our posts and editorial content participate in third-party affiliate programs. When you click one of these links, the affiliate platform may place a cookie on your device and collect information about the referring page, your click, and any subsequent purchase. This data is used solely to attribute the referral and calculate any commission owed. We don't control the data collection practices of affiliate platforms, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
We don't use session recording tools that capture keystrokes or record screen activity on this Site.

- Legal hold data may be retained beyond standard retention periods where required by litigation, regulatory investigation, or court order
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a manner that prevents reconstruction.

In the preceding 12 months, we've collected the following categories of personal information as defined under the CCPA:

11.2 We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Market Correct does not sell personal information to third parties. We also don't share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as defined under the CPRA.

- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions

- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To submit a CCPA request, email [email protected]. We'll acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we'll let you know and explain why, up to a maximum additional 45-day extension.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of identity before processing requests from authorized agents.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us through the Site, please email us and we'll delete it promptly.
13. International Visitors
